RESERVATION - PAYMENT - CONFERMATION - CANCELLATION
Reservation
Booking are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. Early reservations are recommended. Booking will only be confirmed if payments are received in full prior the service date.
Payment
If you would like to reserve our services, we'll send you a form, which includes services, prices, and cancellation policies, to fill in with your credit card details, and an authorization that allow us to charge your credit card (15 days prior your service date), only with the appropriate amount as indicated on the form.
Confirmation
By the time we receive the signed fax we'll be sending you the reservation confirmation voucher.
Cancellation
For services cancelled, the following charges will apply: up to 15 days NO penalty 14 to 7 days prior - 50% of cost of services less than 6 - 2 days prior - 75% of cost of services 24 hours or less or no show - full forfeiture.
